Gareth Edwards signed for Airbus 10 months ago after seven seasons at JD Cymru Premier outfit, Caernarfon Town.
Edwards captained the Cofis in the Prem and managed to lift four trophies during his time at the club (two Cymru Alliance titles and two Cymru Alliance League Cups).
Edwards signed for the club not long after his long-time friend and work college, Jamie Crowther, moved back to the club.
Crowther noted the need for more leaders in the dressing room upon his return to gaffer Steve O’Shaughnessy and the Wingmakers boss delivered in recruiting a defender who 12 months prior to signing, was facing off against Newtown for a Europa Conference League place.
Edwards, at the age of 38, shows no signs of stopping his Cymru Leagues career and the next step for the veteran is to show why experience matters as he lines up in the Welsh Prem next season.
